Lawbreaker in a champagne mood

On 3 June 2022, on behalf of Polish MP Grzegorz Braun, our delegation submitted a letter of notification to the National Public Prosecutor's Office on the possibility of an offence being committed by Łukasz Szumowski, director of the National Institute of Cardiology, in connection with his non-response to a letter left under parliamentary intervention.
MEP Grzegorz Braun's personal intervention at the National Institute of Cardiology, with former Minister of Health Łukasz Szumowski, took place on 1 March 2022. It was quite loudly heard due to the unusual behaviour of Minister Łukasz Szumowski, who seemed to be in a truly... champagne mood while working. It seems that he is still in it.
