Conference of the Confederation of the Polish Crown on the progress of the Nuremberg 2.0 project.
09-12-2021
The conference was attended by the President of the Confederation of Polish Crowns, MP Grzegorz Braun, the chairman of the team of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, Włodzimierz Skalik and the project coordinator, Adam Kania.
The aim of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry (CPI) is to analyse what is happening in Poland from a legal point of view, to gather evidence of the enormity of the various types of crime that we witness on a daily basis, in order to identify the perpetrators and bring these people to justice.
Work is currently underway on a key tool for our project, i.e. an internal IT system that will allow us to properly collect, organise and systematise the evidence we collect so that it can be used in three areas:
- litigation activities,
- making the material available to journalists and publicists,
- reaching the public with a message and with facts that will stimulate their awareness and give them hope that those responsible are guilty in this case and that the hand of justice will reach them.
The question may be asked: why such a project?
With our actions we want to prosecute every person who, under the guise of fighting a pandemic, has committed harm against another person. The scale of harm is enormous in every area, including health care, schools, the army or the police, business and the social life of the Polish people.
We therefore encourage all types of cases, regardless of the extent of the damage or harm suffered, to be reported to our project using the specially designed form available on our website: www.norymberga2.pl.
Another element of the Nuremberg 2.0 project is the meetings of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry, where we will discuss specific cases of violations of the law, the most tragic ones experienced by Poles. The next meeting will take place on 13 December 2021 at 11:00 (there will be a live broadcast). This meeting will be attended by the parliamentary team on abuses and violations of the law in relation to Covid19. The topic of the meeting will be to discuss and produce a document containing information on which behaviours, decisions, abuses or failures of duty and the issuing of illegal ordinances violate the legal acts currently in force, that is, the Constitution and numerous articles of laws. The members of the committee will attempt to assign to these situations a specific charge described in the Criminal Code. Creating such a list of transgressions of a legal norm and assigning specific responsibility for this transgression is intended to make Poles aware that today LAW IS BEING VIOLATED by the government and its subordinate bodies. It is to concede the right to those who have within them a healthy rebellion against the current narrative and the absurdities we see hurting the Polish people.
We believe that this will pour hope into the hearts of citizens, that things will find their conclusion and that the guilty will not go unpunished. There will come a time of justice where crime will be called crime, where criminal omissions, derelictions of duty or overstepping of authority will be called by name, or incitement to crime will be punished, and those responsible for these crimes will be charged and given appropriate punishment. There will come a time of reckoning for the perpetrators, and we will have the material ready from a litigation angle so that an appropriate settlement can take place without delay.
The Nuremberg 2.0 project has gained interest abroad. Our activities are observed by many countries. Hence, we will present the meetings of the Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry bilingually, in Polish and English.
We warmly thank the donors and supporters of the project, as it is thanks to you that we are able to operate on such a large scale and plan our activities, creating a space for international cooperation.
